These Terms of Use govern access to and use of internal software tools and integrations operated by Moreno Bath (“Moreno Bath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including tools that connect with QuickBooks Online and other business systems.

The software is intended solely for authorized business use by Moreno Bath, its employees, contractors, and approved representatives.

Users may use the software only for legitimate business purposes, including order processing, invoice preparation, accounting support, shipping documentation, inventory-related workflows, and other internal operational activities.

Users must not use the software to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, interfere with any service, violate applicable laws, or access information they are not authorized to view.

Access to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, is subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers. Moreno Bath does not control the availability or operation of third-party services.

The software may process business information supplied by users or retrieved from authorized connected accounts. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have permission to access and process such information.

The software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Moreno Bath does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the software will be free from errors. Users are responsible for reviewing business records, invoices, financial information, and other outputs before relying on them for final business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moreno Bath will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software or from third-party service interruptions.

Moreno Bath may modify, suspend, or discontinue access to the software at any time.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the software after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
