Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

Most Moreno Bath vanities arrive within an estimated 10 to 12 business days, often sooner.
Once your order reaches your area, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your new vanity. Your vanity will be delivered once that appointment is set.

Does Moreno Bath Offer Free Shipping?

Yes! Every vanity ships free with standard freight delivery anywhere in the contiguous United States,
arriving curbside with no extra shipping costs added at checkout. We’re unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

When will I receive my tracking information?

Most vanities ship the next business day after your order is placed, and tracking information is typically sent by email or phone within 1 to 2 business days after that.
If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, email us at info@morenobath.com or call 909-536-2222.

What if my Moreno Bath Vanity Arrives Damaged?

We’ve got you covered. If you report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, we’ll send free replacement parts as needed.
Simply email photos of the damage, the original packaging, and your order number to info@morenobath.com, and our team will take care of the rest.

Can I buy the vanity without the sink top?

Absolutely. If you’d like to pair your vanity with a custom countertop such as marble, quartz, or stone,
use the code NO-TOP at checkout to purchase the vanity base only and receive an additional discount based on the collection and vanity size. Your order will ship without the sink top that normally comes with the vanity.

What’s included with my vanity?

Each vanity includes the base cabinet and a matching sink top, unless purchased with the NO-TOP code.
Vanities arrive pre-assembled for easy installation. Mirrors, faucets, and pop-up drains shown in photos are not included.

What is the Moreno Bath Return Policy?

New, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns include a 25% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Installed vanities and clearance or discontinued models are final sale. View our full Shipping & Refund Policy here.
